Oliver Borrmann, Chairman

Oliver Borrmann is founder and CEO of bmp Beteiligungsmanagement AG and bmp media investors AG, Berlin. He developed bmp to a leading private equity asset manager concentrating on investments in the areas direct investment in innovative high-growth companies and private equity advisory with funds of funds management. bmp AG has been listed at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) since 1999 and is quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2004. Previously, he was founder and Managing Director of bmp Management Consultants GmbH.

Oliver Borrmann is member of various supervisory boards, including Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG and brand eins Medien AG.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hartwig, Vice Chairman

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hartwig has profound experience in the global pharmaceutical industry. Among others, he served as Executive Vice President, and as Global Head of Bayer HealthCare's (BHC's) Pharmaceutical Research and Development and Chairman of BHC's Research and Development Committee he has been responsible for the global pharma research activities of the company. In addition, he has been Head of the International Pharmaceutical Research at Bayer AG, member of the Management Committee of the Pharmaceuticals Business Group, and President & CEO of the Bayer Diagnostics Division.

Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Hartwig is member of the board of several biotech and pharmaceutical companies, including Xention Discovery Ltd., Axxam SpA and Sygnis AG. He also is Executive Consultant to the Bayer Holding Board.

Dr. Beate Bettecken

Dr. Beate Bettecken works for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Sports at the government of Saxony-Anhalt. Previously, Dr. Bettecken was Investment Manager at GoodVent Beteiligungsmanagement GmbH & Co. KG and held senior positions at Deutsche Bank with focus on start-up financing.
